WWE Offering PPV Events For $4.99? #MMBWWE

It sounds like WWE is considering offering pay-per-view events to fans who aren't monthly WWE Network subscribers for just $4.99.

WWE issued a survey to former subscribers this week and one of the questions asked if they would be interested in taking advantage of an option to buy a pay-per-view on the Network for $4.99 instead of paying for the full monthly subscription at $9.99.

Character Details On WWE Camp On WWE Network #MMBWWE

Noted earlier this year that WWE Network would be premiering a "Camp WWE" animated comedy series in late 2015. Billed as WWE's "first adult comedy," the show is a partnership between WWE and Seth Green's Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.

We now have new details on the show as Executive Producers Seth Green, Matthew Senreich, Eric Towner and John Harvatine and casting directors Ruth Lambert and Robert McGee have been looking for voice actors for the Camp WWE tapings. The tapings will be on August 9th in Los Angeles and those doing the voice work will be paid $906. Below are details on the characters:

WWE Begins Pulling Hulk Hogan Material From WWE Network #MMBWWE

WWE has begun scrubbing Hulk Hogan from the WWE Network, as bot the “Hulk Hogan Rock ‘n’ Wrestling” cartoon and the Hulk Hogan edition of “Beyond the Ring” have been pulled from the Network.

Update To WWE Network LIVE Japan Show #MMBWWE

There had been some speculation about WWE possibly changing Kofi Kingston vs. Brock Lesnar at the July 4th "The Beast In The East" WWE Network special from Tokyo, Japan. While WWE still hasn't mentioned Brock's opponent on TV, WWE Network has updated their schedule for this week and the match with Kofi is still on. That match and Finn Balor vs. NXT Champion Kevin Owens are being billed as the main events.

Elimination Chamber returns, exclusively on WWE Network #MMBWWE


Excitement filled the WWE Universe during Raw with the monumental announcement that the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will air exclusively on WWE Network on Sunday, May 31. This is the second WWE pay-per-view event during the month of May, following WWE Payback this Sunday. 

The anticipated, must-see WWE Elimination Chamber event will emanate from Corpus Christi, Texas, where the WWE Tag Team Championships and the newly vacant Intercontinental Championship will be defended inside the infamous structure. Plus, U.S. Champion John Cena will compete and the WWE World Heavyweight Title will be defended, all live on WWE Network.

Update On WWE Tough Enough Filming - #MMBWWE

We noted before that filming for the new season of WWE Tough Enough was scheduled to begin at the Performance Center last week but it's been pushed back, possibly until late 2014, due to budget cuts. Word is that if the show is done, the production budget will be greatly cut. People working on the show were informed earlier this month that filming was postponed until October.

Another WWE Network Show Could Be Cut From Production - #MMBWWE

We noted earlier that filming for the new season of WWE Tough Enough has been reportedly pushed back until October due to WWE's ongoing budget cuts.

Word now is that a second season of Legends House is up in the air and if they still do a second season, it will be delayed. At the same time, there have been people close to filming that were told there will be no second season at all, delayed or not.

WWE's original plan was to begin Tough Enough filming this week and go right to filming Legends House after that.

Update On Tough Enough Being Pushed Back - #MMBWWE

The new season of WWE Tough Enough was scheduled to begin filming this weekend at the Performance Center in Orlando but it has reportedly been pushed back until October.

Tough Enough being pushed back is part of WWE's ongoing budget cuts. We noted last week that there were some issues with Tough Enough filming and Thursday was the day when plans were officially changed.

WWE Looking to Acquire Several Canadian Wrestling Tape Libraries Soon? - #MMBWWE

It appears WWE may be looking to acquire some Canadian wrestling tape libraries. They issued a survey to fans in Canada today to gauge their interest on various programming when the WWE Network launches in Canada. WWE asked if fans would be seeing footage from these promotions:
