Wrestlemania 31 weekend was a special weekend for the fans of the Macho Man Randy Savage. FINALLY...the Macho Man was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. I caught up with one of Randy's many valets during his run in WCW, Gorgeous George. Although George only had a short run in WCW, fans today still are in awe over her. I had the pleasure of conducting a short interview with her to find out what she has been up to and what she has planned next in her career.

STAMFORD, Conn. – WWE today announced that Skylar Grey, Kid Ink and Travis Barker will take the stage at WrestleMania 31 on Sunday, March 29, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

A medley of the WrestleMania 31 theme songs — “Rise” by David Guetta, featuring Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Skylar Grey and “Money and the Power” by multi-platinum rapper Kid Ink — will be performed by Skylar Grey and Kid Ink, who will both be joined by legendary drummer Travis Barker.

We noted two weeks ago that WWE officials would not be putting Daniel Bryan into the WWE World Heavyweight Title Match at WrestleMania 31 with Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar because Vince McMahon didn't want to go that route again after doing the same thing last year. Vince reportedly held a meeting this past week and changed his mind.

We noted before that a WWE representative said former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen was not invited to WrestleMania 31 and then last night, former UFC fighter Wanderlei Silva wrote on Facebook that he really did receive an offer from WWE. 

F4Wonline.com reports that despite what WWE said, Sonnen will still be attending the WWE Hall of Fame and WrestleMania this year. While there won't be a formal meeting, Sonnen is expected to talk with people in WWE while he's there.

A WWE representative issued the following statement today in response to a request for comment on the story:

"There has been no invitation from WWE for Chael Sonnen to attend WrestleMania."

As officially announced Monday on Raw, “Macho Man” Randy Savage will finally be inducted as the first member of the WWE Hall of Fame’s Class of 2015 the night before WrestleMania 31 at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. Live during the biggest weekend of the year in WWE, the late legend will be inducted by longtime friend, rival and fellow WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan.

Wrestlemania 31 Location Narrowed Down

According to a report by the San Jose Mercury News, WWE has narrowed down the choices for the WrestleMania 31 host city to either Santa Clara, California or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Early Front Runner for WrestleMania In 2015

There's still no word yet on which city will be getting WrestleMania 30 in 2014 but it's now said that Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas is the front runner for WrestleMania 31 in 2015.
