Phillies Trade Worley To Twins For Revere

Shortly after Thursday's Rule-5 draft was complete, the Twins agreed to send outfielder Ben Revere to the Philadelphia Phillies, a league source confirmed. According to CBS Sports' Jon Heyman, the Twins received 25-year-old right-hander Vance Worley in return. It's possible the Twins may have received another prospect in the deal as well.

Phillies starting pitcher Vance Worley is heading to the disabled list and will have elbow surgery within the next 10 days.
