Ultimate Warrior's Wife Dana Warrior Thanks WWE & Fans In A Letter

WWE's website posted the following letter from The Ultimate Warrior's wife:

Dearest Warriors,

It is with an absolutely broken heart I reach out to you. Since the passing of my husband, I have been fortunate enough to insulate my sweet girls and myself from the outside world. In this bubble we have grieved and continue to do so. For a week, I did not allow any television or media to seep through our cocoon. I was told, though, of the outpouring of love for my beloved husband and support for, as he always called us, his Warrior Girls. I can only say thank you.

Bret Hart Tweets About Ultimate Warrior

Bret Hart tweeted the following about The Ultimate Warrior:

"I'm deeply saddened at the sudden passing of Jim Helwig, The Ultimate Warrior. I wish I'd been kinder to him in the last moments that we had this past weekend at WrestleMania 30. We did cross paths once or twice, but we were all so busy. I never went out of my way to see him, but if I could... I'd tell him he looked good. He looked content and he looked like he'd finally found happiness within his children and his wife. He never ever harmed me nor did we really work with one another... I wish we had. His final ring promo breaks my heart. I've many fond memories of times we shared, only now do they pile up in my head. I'd also tell him that he was right, he never was such a bad guy. My thoughts are with his wife and children. I never thought his time would be so short. I know one thing, I will never forget him. - Bret"

Jim Ross Talks About Nancy Grace on Blog

Jim Ross took to his blog to talk about Nancy Grace's handling of the news that thE Ultimate Warrior had passed away and her being misinformed on other popular sports entertainers deaths.

"The polarizing Nancy Grace of HLN really was made to look ill informed and poorly prepared by her staff Wednesday night on her report of the death of the Ultimate Warrior. So much erroneous info was reported as fact that I actually felt bad for her. I'd like to believe that Ms Grace is not a mean person but she let down by her producers and research people notwithstanding those who wrote her script for her teleprompter. For Ms Grace to implicate Owen Hart into any drug or steroid scandal is egregious and appalling.

Linda McMahon Set To Induct Ultimate Warrior Into Hall of Fame - #MMBMania

With the news of Linda McMahon inducting The Ultimate Warrior into the WWE Hall of Fame may come as a surprise, it's not that unusual as Warrior was very close with the McMahon family during his run as WWF Champion, which is one of the reasons why his falling out with the company got so bitter at the time.

Before CM Punk walked out of the company, he had been discussed internally as Warrior's inductor. At one point there was also strong speculation that Hulk Hogan would be inducting Warrior.

Ultimate Warrior & Hulk Hogan Offered Six Figures To Meet Face-to-Face

Shortly after resurfacing online in May to pay tribute to the late Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior launch a hate-filled attack via YouTube against his longtime nemesis Hulk Hogan—claiming the wrestling icon is a cocaine-abusing "dope head" who once tried to get him to have sex with his wife. The TNA Wrestling Superstar said in response that he would file a lawsuit against Warrior for "spewing sewage." However, a video company is attempting to get the mat legends to settle their differences face-to-face.

The Wrestling Observer reports that Highspots.com has offered Warrior and Hogan $100,000 apiece to participate in a face-to-face interview that would be released on DVD.

It has not been disclosed whether either individual has responded to the offer.

Hulk Hogan Threatening To Sue The Ultimate Warrior

TMZ.com reports that Hulk Hogan is threatening to file a lawsuit against former WWE talent Warrior (a/k/a Ultimate Warrior) for alleged defamation.

The Founding Father of Life Intensity posted a
seven-minute video Tuesday, saying, among other things, that Hogan is a cocaine user who had an open marriage and encouraged ex-wife Linda to indulge in sexual intercourse with other wrestlers.

Hogan says the allegation of drug use is "a blatant lie." Regarding his claim on Linda, he said, "None of that ever happened. This guy is out of his mind."

Hogan says he "tried ignoring" Warrior, but he's now plans on filing a lawsuit against The Ultimate One to prevent him from "spewing sewage."
