Several sources and outlets have noted Adam Rose's status as a top WWE mid-carder isn't looking good. Word within WWE is that because Santino Marella is no longer wrestling, Rose will likely be filling the undercard comedy role from here on out.

WWE Superstar Has Neck Surgery

Santino Marella had neck surgery earlier today. He tweeted the following:

"Waiting in the hospital, I question what I'd do if I couldn't wrestle anymore, I love what I do, it's an honor, the best is yet to come"

Santino Marella To Replace Randy Orton At WWE Elimination Chamber

Due to injury, Randy Orton was pulled from the World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber match at this Sunday's pay-per-view. A battle royal was held at the Smackdown tapings to determine who would fill Orton's spot in the Chamber and that battle royal was won by none other than Santino Marella.
