WWE Does Away With 'Raw SuperShow'

Beginning tomorrow night, WWE's weekly Monday night program will be officially referred to as Raw rather than Raw SuperShow. It was apparently a sudden change as all future Mondays events were labeled Raw SuperShow as recently as last week. WWE.com changed their live events listings to reflect the change.

With the ratings success of the weekly "Legends" segments on Raw, WWE's booking committee are considering making the feature a regularity by having one former Superstar brought back on every show.

TMZ Reporter Says Kharma Has Been Released By WWE

Amidst rumors that WWE and Kharma parted ways after their official Twitter feed moved her profile to its list of Alumni on Thursday, her profile has been removed from the company website's list of Raw Superstars. It now resides in the Alumni section among other former WWE performers.

Details On RAW Active Set For 1000 RAW

WWE will be introducing new "RAWactive" features for fans to become involved with when RAW goes three-hours beginning July 23rd with the 1,000th episode. Fans will be able to influence the show through social media. Here are the details, courtesy of WWE:

Brock Lesnar Scheduled To Appear On RAW, August 13

Brock Lesnar is being advertised for August 13th WWE RAW Supershow, the week before SummerSlam. This is the only upcoming show that Lesnar is currently advertised for, so it's likely that Paul Heyman will continue to appear on WWE television as his representative.

Plans For 3 Hour RAW Super Show

The current plan once RAW moves to three-hours in July is to spend the first 50 minutes or so hyping up a top-of-the-hour match on both TV and Twitter, then kick it off at 8:55pm to run through the top of the hour. WWE will go with another big match or segment right around 10pm and the final angle will close out the show during the overrun as usual. RAW will apparently have a more structured feel to it.

Former WWE Supstar Vadar Spotted At Site of RAW

Former World Heavyweight Champion Vader was seen arriving in Hartford, Connecticut last night - the site of tonight's WWE RAW Supershow. No word yet if Vader is being brought in for tonight's RAW or some other WWE project like interviews for the Network.

DX Reunion Advertised For 1000 RAW

A "one night only" D-Generation X reunion is advertised for the landmark 1000th episode of Raw taking place July 23 at 8/7 CT on USA Network. Many past superstars are said to be making appearances during the broadcast.

RAW Super Show Going Three Hours LIVE July 23

WWE Superstar John Cena announced via Twitter that WWE Monday Night Raw will expand to a three-hour event 52 weeks a year. The extended telecast will kick-off July 23 at 8/7C on USA Network and marks the 1,000th episode of the WWE Raw franchise and a television record – no other series has ever reached this milestone.

New WWE TV Ideas For Launch of WWE Network


Beginning July 2nd, many of WWE's RAW Supershow tapings will begin 90 minutes before the live RAW broadcast airs on TV. Currently, tapings begin 30 or 45 minutes before RAW hits the air. Speculation now is that WWE may be filming a countdown show for RAW with that extra time. Officials have been wanting something like a RAW pre-show for a while now.

Sin Cara Ready For Return To WWE Ring

Sin Cara will be returning to action on WWE's upcoming tour of Mexico. An announcement was made on on the April 30th episode of RAW that aired in Mexico. During a recent media interview promoting his return, Sin Cara said he expects things to go a lot better for him in WWE this time around.

Update On Brock Lesnar's WWE Status

As noted before, Brock Lesnar was told he would be losing to John Cena at Extreme Rules several weeks back. Lesnar has made it clear that he's about the money, not the ego, and if they want him to lose, he has no problem with it as long as they play fair with him.

Brock Lesnar is officially a member of the Raw roster following his shocking return to WWE on Monday's Raw SuperShow. He is listed as a Raw Superstar on WWE.com, which has also posted an extensive collection of photos and videos from his prior stint with the company.
