NBC & NFL Issue Apology For M.I.A. Gesture
Madonna has built a nearly 30-year career on her ability to shock and surprise, especially during awards show and live TV appearances. And though her glittery, high-energy halftime extravaganza at Sunday's Super Bowl
from the likes of Ashton Kutcher, Christina Aguilera and Perez Hilton, it was a slip of the finger, and the tongue, by one of her guests that grabbed headlines.

NFL Releases Supposed Super Bowl Logo
The NFL released a image which people are claiming is the logo for the first ever cold weather city to host an outdoor Super Bowl. A couple things to take away from this logo, one it represents both NY and NJ, but did you also notice it's in Jets' green?
Also it says host committee which if history follows suit there have been different logos for this committee in the past opposite of the actual Super Bowl logo. Time will tell, but what do you think of it?

Michael Vick Wants Plaxico Burress on the Eagles
Plaxico Burress is set to be released from prison on June 6 — that's two weeks from yesterday — and Roger Goodell has said that he won't face any further discipline from the league once he's out, leaving him free to sign with a team once the lockout ends. Over the weekend, Gary Myerswrote that he's been hearing that Burress doesn't want to play in New York, which would rule out the Giants — and the Jets for that matter. (Sorry, Eli.) He named a few teams that might be interested (the Steelers, Chargers, Falcons, and Ravens), but wrote that the Eagles "will eventually be first in line." It's an idea Michael Vick, someone who can relate to the process of looking for a new team after being released from prison, can get behind.

Could Tiki Barber End up Playing With His Brother?
If you haven't heard by now Tiki Barber, yes that 36 year old Tiki Barber has filed papers to come out of retirement. He said he's been training and working out and feels as in shape now as he did when he retired back in 2006. So who is going to take a chance on a 36 year old running back you may ask? Well not many teams would be willing and even the New York Giants who still own the rights to him are not interested. The shelf life they say for running backs ends at around 30, which you may think wow that's a low age but considering the amount of punishment they take there are few who are able to play after that age and are still successful. They say 30 is the average, there have been backs who lasted longer and ended earlier, but I'm hearing the Tampa Bay Bucs are willing to give Tiki a tryout. There is no real interest but you have to think his brother talked them into giving him a tryout. So time will tell if and when Tiki will play again or even football for that matter with the lockout still looming.
