Report: A$AP Rocky charged with assault at ‘Made in America’ Festival

TMZ is reporting that rapper A$AP Rocky has been charged with assault for allegedly slapping a female fan in the face at this weekend’s Made in America Festival in Philadelphia. The supposed victim, who has been identified as a young mom, filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney’s Office today.
