A video of Will Ferrell chanting "Go Kings Go!" could be seen playing on the corner of 33rd and 7th Avenue in New York City, directly facing Madison Square Garden. As Deadspin points out, the video is from a 2012 promo for the Kings' run to the Stanley Cup. 

Since then the video has been removed & a new video in support of the Rangers has been playing.

WWE Inducting MSG into Hall of Fame?

Each year the WWE inducts a celebrity into their celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame. Although there still could be an actual person going into the hall, rumors are the WWE may include Madison Square Garden  the arena itself as a part of it's Hall of Fame. MSG is regarded as the unofficial home of WWE & like Old Yankee Stadium has a mystic about itself whenever outsiders would walk in, seeing WWE events at MSG has the same aura. It would be suiting to have it be recognized with the Hall of Fame ceremony taking place inside it's confines. 

Bob Backlund To Be Inducted Into The WWE Hall of Fame

WWE announced on RAW the second inductee into the 2013 class of the WWE Hall of Fame would be no other then Bob Backlund. Backlund a two time WWE champion. The ceremony takes place the night before Wrestlemania at MSG. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com now.
