Brothel Owner: I'll Sue Khloe K Over Lamar's Unpaid $75K Tab


Dennis Hof, the owner of Love Ranch South, told Radar Online that he would sue Khloe Kardashian for Lamar Odom's $75,000 tab he ran up prior to being found unconscious at the brothel.
"If I don't get paid for the entire bill, I'll sue Khloe, I know she has the money. We have Lamar on tape signing the credit card statement — we have a copy of his driver's license — he was the one that determined the $75K price for the two hookers."

Former WWE talents Ryan Sakoda, Luther Reigns and Russ McCullough have filed a lawsuit against WWE in California, where all three of them reside. The 47 page lawsuit is almost word for word the same lawsuit filed by other former WWE talents recently.

In a landmark decision for the songwriting industry, a jury in Los Angeles has ordered “Blurred Lines” songwriters Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams to pay $7.3 million to the family of Marvin Gaye for copyright infringement.

WWE Doctor Sues CM Punk & Colt Cabana #MMBWWE

WWE's Dr. Chris Amann filed a lawsuit today against CM Punk and Colt Cabana due to comments made on Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast last year.

The Cook County Record in Illinois reports that Amann is claiming that his reputation has suffered as a result of the comments made by Punk.

Amann is seeking more than $1 million in compensatory damages as well as an undetermined amount of punitive damages.

Amann says in his suit that Punk's claims about him are false. Cabana is included for helping Punk "falsely depict" Amann.

WWE Named In Lawsuit Where Woman Dies

TheIndyChannel.com reports that WWE has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit from the family of a woman who died after attending the 2008 WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view in Indianapolis. That pay-per-view ended with The Undertaker setting the ring on fire after his match with Edge.

Man Sues Sister For Missing Baseball Cards


A West Virginia man is suing his sister for a missing card collection that reportedly contained more than 250,000 cards and was worth as much as $147,000.

ACC files lawsuit against Maryland

Last week Maryland was officially accepted as a future member of the Big Ten, with plans to join the conference in time for the 2014-15 school year. According to a state court clerk, the ACC has responded by filing a lawsuit against the school in North Carolina state court.

Victoria’s Secret Sued for $15 Million by Former Hosiery Supplier

Victoria's Secret and their parent company, Limited Brands, Inc., are being slapped with a $15 million lawsuit by Zephyrs, a hosiery supplier they used to work with. According to PR Newswire, Zephyrs claims the lingerie giant has continued to use photos of their products on Victoria's Secret packaging and in-store displays even though they've severed ties with the brand. In addition to false advertising, Zephyrs feels Victoria's Secret have been tricking their customers by selling cheaper, Canadian-made knockoff stockings with images of the more expensive, Italian-made Zephyrs products.

Ric Flair Terminated From TNA

According to court documents filed in TNA Entertainment's lawsuit against WWE for interference with existing contracts, the organization terminated Ric Flair's contract on May 11, 2012. Flair, however, is still listed as a member of the active roster on ImpactWrestling.com.

Flair missed a live event he was scheduled to appear at the day before his contract was terminated. He has privately claimed that he quit the organization.
