Chiefs player Husain Abdullah gets penalized after kneeling in Muslim prayer #MMBSports

NFL officiating guru Mike Pereira once said he'd never throw a flag on a player who knelt in the end zone in prayer because he "didn't want to get struck by lightning."
That same belief wasn't shared by the crew working Monday night's Chiefs-Patriots game.

Police videos show Jovan Belcher hours before murder-suicide [Video]

Kansas City Police have released a video from the day Chiefs Belcher committed suicide at Arrowhead Stadium. According to reports, Belcher argued with girlfriend Perkins before shooting her multiple times. He then drove to the Chiefs' facility, where he spoke briefly with general manager Scott Pioli and coach Romeo Crennel, before shooting himself in the head.

The video, which begins around 8 a.m. that same day, shows a patrol car racing to Arrowhead Stadium. Officers can be heard confirming there has been a shooting in connection with Belcher, and there was an armed suspect at the stadium.

"I've got a sighting from afar, it looks like they're in a negotiation ... I need a rifle ASAP," the officer says as he makes his way toward the stadium parking lot. "I'm at the south side. I'm at the main entrance, trying to sneak up on foot."

The video ends shortly after that.
