Philadelphia Eagles president Don Smolenski was a guest on the 94WIP Morning Show on Wednesday and spoke about something that doesn't get publicly addressed too often: the possibility of the Eagles switching their jerseys back to the beloved Kelly Green. The Year In Uniforms & Logos - #MMBSports

As 2013 comes to an end it's time to look back at the major logo and uniform rebrands that occurred in pro sports over the past twelve months... it all started in January with the Hornets becoming the Pelicans and it came to an end in December with the Bobcats becoming the, well, Hornets. I guess you could say it was a Hornet-bookended year in the world of logos.

Los Angeles Lakers To Wear Short-Sleeved Jerseys & Black Uniforms In 2013-14

As reported earlier this summer, the NBA & adidas announced that in addition to the Warriors keeping their sleeved jersey for the 2013-14 NBA season, up to five teams would also have sleeved jerseys. One of those teams was the Phoenix Suns. In addition, plenty of teams wore sleeved jerseys during the NBA’s Summer League. It’s reasonable to believe that a team who is revamping their on-court style would prefer to hop on the sleeved jersey bandwagon. However, the latest team to hop on the bandwagon is a bit of a shock, as ESPN Los Angeles reports that the Los Angeles Lakers will be wearing sleeved jerseys for “several games” next season.

NC State To Honor Jim Valvano With Special Jerseys

Few things are as inspiring and touching as Jim Valvano’s speech at the 1993 ESPYs.  The speech motivates everyone who hears it, not the least of which are the Wolfpack basketball team. That’s why they will be wearing a special uniform for this year’s Jimmy V Classic.
