Rapper Beanie Siegal Leaves Hospital After Being Shot Last Month

Finally, it is safe to say welcome home to Beanie Siegal.

After getting caught in the middle by getting shot last month, Beans finally made it out the hospital and returned back home.

According to a post from fellow former Roc-A-Fella member Neff Buck he confirmed the return of the rapper as he was entering a car.

Siegal's gun shot wounds were at one point believed to be life threatening.
