Chris Jericho Finishing Up This Week With WWE?

PWInsider reports that Chris Jericho is indeed finishing up with WWE soon so he can go on tour with his band Fozzy. They report that Jericho has stayed for longer than originally planned and this week could be it for him.

It was announced early this week that Chris Jericho’s heavy metal band FOZZY will be performing on the upcoming Rockstar Uproar Tour, which takes place from August 15th through September 30th.

Chris Jericho Reveals When He Will Leave WWE

Chris Jericho revealed during a red carpet interview last week at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards that his current WWE stint will conclude before SummerSlam due to a Fozzy related endeavors. He said the band plans to release new music by the end of August and they will be touring then. When asked whether WWE will be affected, Jericho replied, "Off one road and to another road."

Chris Jericho's Band Fozzy Involved In Bus Accident

Chris Jericho's band Fozzy was involved in an automobile accident last night in Europe as the tour bus he was traveling on skidded on two wheels for fifty feet, resulting in the side door being torn off. The former WWE Superstar and his band mates are okay, though their scheduled appearance tonight in Denmark is canceled.

"Last night as I was riding on the Anthrax bus, Fozzy's bus was in an accident. The band is ok thank God, but the bus is trashed so we won't be able to play the show in Denmark tonight. Hamburg is still on for tomorrow. Its a miracle nobody got hurt, as the bus skidded on two wheels for 50 feet and the side door was completely torn off.
