BINDI IRWIN JUDGE REJECTS 'DWTS' CONTRACT No Proof Her Dad Died

Bindi Irwin is caught in a tangled legal web ... her "Dancing with the Stars" contract just got rejected because a judge needs proof her dad is dead. 

Lawyers for the show submitted a minor's contract to an L.A. Superior Court judge ... it's required because Bindi is 17. Her mom Terri signed a form stating she gives up all rights to any money her daughter will make on the show.

The Miz Appearing On Dancing With The Stars?

The Miz has been supportive of Chris Jericho on Dancing With The Stars as have a lot of the WWE Universe. Rumor has it we may actually see the WWE Champion The Miz on camera tonight. No dancing but it's a great way to promote the WWE to a world wide audience and we all know Vince is a genius at self promotion.

Chris Jericho Hints At Return To WWE [Video]

Chris Jericho indicated to wrestling fans in a video message that he will be returning to WWE following his run on Dancing with the Stars.

"When I come back to WWE when this show is done, we can continue right where we picked off. You can boo and cheer and yell," Jericho stated.

Jericho is asking that WWE Universe members pay him back for his many years of entertaining audiences and putting his body on the line by continuing to vote for him onDancing with the Stars. He says the longer he stays on the program, the better it is for the entire WWE Universe.

"I'm taking this universe into places we haven't been," Jericho said. "Twenty-three million people watch Dancing with the Stars every week. The Tonight Show, Rachael Ray, Ellen, all these people are starting to understand what it is that we do as WWE Superstars and why the WWE Universe is so loyal.

"I think it's very important to remember, it's not just me I'm representing. I'm a pioneer, an ambassador for WWE on this show. Continue to vote for me."

Jericho's next performance takes place Monday. He is among the show's final eight contestants.

Jericho Rumored To Be on ABC's Dancing With The Stars

Rumors are former WWE superstar and the first undisputed world champion Chris Jericho will take part in the next season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. If this is true, chances are Jericho will not be able to juggle both a DWTS schedule and WWE schedule at the same time, putting to rest any returns at Wrestlemania, but  you never know. The announcement for the the stars for next season will be made February 28th on Good Morning America.
