Chris Jericho Responds To CM Punk's Podcast Comments [Video] #MMBWWE
Chris Jericho has released a video which features him responding to comments made by CM Punk on Colt Cabana’s recent podcast interview.
-For those of you who missed the Punk interview, Punk claimed Chris Jericho contacted him after he left WWE, but then insinuated Jericho might have had a hidden agenda in place which was to get Punk to tell his story on the “Talk is Jericho” podcast.
-Jericho responded by saying that he and Punk are friends, and that while he did ask him to appear on “Talk is Jericho,” it was in December prior to Punk leaving WWE. He said at no other time did he ask Punk to appear on his podcast.
-Jericho said him and Punk had a date setup for Punk to appear on the podcast, but Punk pulled out because he didn’t have anything positive to say about pro wrestling.
-Jericho said he texted Punk several times after Punk left WWE, but it was never about getting him to talk. Jericho said others were trying to get information from Punk but he was not one of them. With regards to Punk walking out on WWE, Jericho said he can somewhat understand Punk’s decision because he too was in a similar situation with WWE back in 2005:

Details About Jericho vs Wyatt Feud & Night Of Champions Match #MMBWWE
Going into Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam, WWE officials had the idea of making the entire match just about building up Bray Wyatt.
It's worth noting that Wyatt was supposed to win their first match at last month's Battleground pay-per-view but Vince McMahon changed his mind at the last minute.
We've noted before that Jericho will be leaving after Night of Champions to work with Fozzy and promote his new book. It looks like the two will be facing off in a stipulation match at that pay-per-view.

Chris Jericho Takes Offense To Kevin Nash's Beniot & Guerrero Comments
Grantland.com published a lengthy article on the life and controversial wrestling career of Kevin Nash with the six-time world champion notably reiterating his stance on "Vanilla Midgets," a dismissive term he used behind-the-scenes in the late '90s in World Championship Wrestling to describe small-statured, gifted technical wrestlers such as Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. Nash said the professional wrestling industry died at WrestleMania XX when the pay-per-view event concluded with Benoit and Guerrero—both of whom were under six-feet-tall—reigning atop as world champions and emotionally celebrating. Chris Jericho, who worked his way up the wrestling ranks alongside Benoit and Guerrero, publicly took offense to Nash's remarks and responded with another commonly used stance.
