Word at WWE Payback pay-per-view was that the Ryback vs. Cena feud is over. The plan as of this weekend was for Daniel Bryan vs. Cena to main event the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
However, with the Bryan vs Orton match stopped due to what is being called a nerve injury to Bryan, it makes everyone wonder would he be ready for MITB?
Mark Henry had everyone fooled about his retirement, but was it really a fix or was his retirement cut short due to a legit injury to Bryan? Henry had tweeted all weekend about retiring, so much he even made mentions to some A list celebrities to tune into RAW for his speech. Some of those including the likes of NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson, ESPN's Stephen A. Smith, & Snoop Dogg.
It would be interesting to note that other then Snoop Dogg, most of the people Henry mentioned have not shown much public interest in WWE. That is not to say they are not fans of Henry or WWE, but why mention to tune in just to show you fooling everyone? Or was that all part of the deal?
Bryan's injury if legit could have been put Henry's retirement on hold setting up his match for Cena at MITB. How long Henry is in the WWE title picture or active in the WWE is still up in the air. Details coming.
