WWE Hall of Famer Howard Finkel added, "Glad to see @CyndiLauper joining us on Raw this Mon night. She was a major part of the Rock and Wrestling Connection back in the day!"
Lauper made several appearances at the World Wrestling Federation's "Rock 'n' Wrestling Connection" events in 1984 and 1985, including the inaugural WrestleManiaevent. Managing Wendi Richter against Leilani Kai, their entrance music was "Girls Just Want to Have Fun."
