Their statement reads, "WWE has come to terms on the release of Melina Perez as of today, August 5, 2011. WWE wishes Melina the best in all her future endeavors."
Melina announced Tuesday on Twitter that she would be on hand for this weekend's live event tour, calling it a "Christmas miracle." She then stated the following day that she had been pulled from the events.
