HOW TO ENTER: The WWE Raw Twitter Giveaway – May 16, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 p.m. (ET) on May 16, 2011 and ends at 2:15 a.m. (ET) on May 17, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Enter by becoming a “follower” of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (@wwe) on Twitter.com. Then, during the Sweepstakes Period, watch for a tweet from World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “WWE”) encouraging followers to enter the Sweepstakes by tweeting #Raw to their own followers. Fans who tweet #Raw during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered for a chance to win a prize in the Sweepstakes. DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winners shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about 5/17/2011 by WWE or its designee, OneKontest, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential winners will be contacted by direct message on Twitter within approximately two (2) business days after being selected. Winners will be required to claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim a prize, respond to the prize notification message via direct message to the WWE Twitter account. Grand Prize Winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that WWE may require and to see to it that WWE is in receipt of such information and documents within five (5) days of being requested to provide the same. If a selected Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his or her state, province or territory of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign any documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign the documents. In all cases, WWE reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if WWE, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. If the entrant selected to win the Grand Prize is a resident of Canada, then he/she, in addition to all other requirements set out in these Official Rules, also must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a pre-arranged time by telephone.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance are solely each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility.
