WWE RAW Superstar & Diva Moving To Smackdown?

If you have been watching WWE RAW lately you should have noticed that Ted Dibiase has not been getting much camera time and the little bit he has been getting it's usually him ending up on the wrong end of someone else's finisher. The downside to this is we don't get to see the lovely on again off again girlfriend of Ted's, Maryse. All that aside though, if you watched Smackdown this week, you may have saw the US Champ Sheamus in action and when he walked out the RAW title bar appear for his name. Later on, Dibiase has a match which yes he lost, but there was a Smackdown title bar displaying his name. Ted is currently a RAW superstar and is listed on the RAW roster, but could there be a change for his character and a move to Smackdown coming?
