So Nicki Minaj seems to be what all the rage is about anymore on the airwaves and one fan just couldn't get enough of her. This photo shows a fan who took a photo of Nicki to a tattoo shop and had her face and name tatted on his arm. Definitely a "Moment For Life" as this is a pretty big tat doesn't look like it's coming off anytime soon.
