The thing that makes me mad about Charlie,not to play the race card,if he was black he would've been in jail by now,this guy is doing more coke than Tony Montana,soliciting hooker's left an right out in the open,an doing interview's high as a cloud an EVERYBODY KNOW'S ABOUT IT,but he get's chance after chance to make complete asshole of himself *head explodes*
The only thing is he can admit to all this but unless there is something showing he committed a crime they can't do anything. He wasn't selling coke, he may have been high on it but you can't arrest a person for being high in their own home unless he was endangering someone else. He's admitted he's bought hookers, but unless a cop witnesses it nothing can be done. I guess its like walking around saying you killed someone or you robbed a bank but unless you give more information and it leads to a crime then you're just talking out your ass. They can't pin anything on him and yeah it's not smart to blurb out dumb shit but you can't lock him up because he's crazy lol.
